As a BIM Manager, you are the driving force behind the development and implementation of our BIM strategy, both at the company level and within individual projects. You are responsible for:
Developing a clear and well-thought-out BIM strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.
Developing BIM management plans and ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, and regulations.
Coordinating and managing BIM models for various projects, facilitating smooth collaboration between all involved parties.
Establishing and continuously optimizing BIM standards and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
Guiding and coaching colleagues in the use of BIM software, ensuring the entire team is engaged in the digital transformation.
Acting as the main point of contact for all internal questions and support regarding BIM.
Managing the BIM libraries and creating new content.
Drawing, checking, and validating BIM models to ensure quality and accuracy.
Actively contributing to further building and standardizing the BIM process within the organization.
Monitoring the quality of models and drawings, including performing clash detections and checks.
Innovating with advanced techniques such as parametric modeling, automation, and data integration.
You have a master's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Preferably, you have some experience as a BIM manager and are familiar with the challenges of this role.
You have thorough knowledge of several of the following programs: Revit, Autocad MEP, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Additional knowledge of Linear, Designbuilder, Rhino, Allplan, Tekla, and Strakon is a plus.
You are willing to further deepen your knowledge in programs you (yet) do not sufficiently know.
You are familiar with BIM protocols and the development and interpretation of BIM execution plans.
You communicate clearly and structured with colleagues, project partners, and other stakeholders.
You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and think solution-oriented.
You remain calm under pressure and are always willing to help others.
You show initiative and do not shy away from any challenge.
