As a BIM-MEP Modeler, you are responsible for modeling and coordinating technical installations within the BIM process. You work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that our designs meet the highest quality standards and are efficiently integrated into the construction process.
You develop and manage BIM models of special techniques (HVAC, electricity, stability) in a BIM model for a varied range of projects, from office and residential buildings to educational institutions, public facilities, and healthcare projects.
You work out these installations in close collaboration with our designers.
You take responsibility for the development of your own models and their coordination with other techniques and the architectural model.
You identify bottlenecks and proactively contribute to finding solutions.
You support the implementation of BIM processes and standards within our company.
Minimum a bachelor's degree in a technical field (construction, electricity, electromechanics) or equivalent through experience.
Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and continuously develop yourself within the rapidly evolving BIM environment.
