About the role:
As a Senior Project Engineer HVAC, you are responsible for designing heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations for medium to large projects, with a focus on the healthcare sector such as nursing and care homes. You work closely with project managers to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. Furthermore, you are a mentor to your colleagues and enjoy passing on your knowledge and experience to others. You also train new colleagues.
What will you be doing?
We want to attract conceptual thinkers and doers who design HVAC systems for our diverse and challenging projects.
You are driven to discover the most innovative techniques.
You will have the ability to determine which installations and concepts will be applied in the buildings of tomorrow. You will do this in close consultation with your fellow engineers, BIM modellers, and the client.
Meanwhile, sustainable building and rational energy consumption will receive your utmost attention.
You will document your concept and design in a specification, a bill of quantities, and a 3D BIM model of the technical installation.
You take responsibility for the complete design of the technical installation. At the start of the implementation, you ensure the technical follow-up, both on-site and in the role of project manager's assistant.

You have built up a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
