About the position:
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for building technologies and project management? We are looking for a driven Project Manager to strengthen our team in the Antwerp/Limburg region.
As a Project Manager in Building Technologies, you play a crucial role in the successful realization of various challenging projects. From schools and hospitals to office buildings, both new constructions and renovations, you are the linchpin. You are responsible for the technical installations and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
You are the central point of contact for technical installations within various projects. You communicate effectively with the headquarters in Bruges and our Head of Operations.
You translate the needs of the client and the project into concrete, feasible plans that our engineering team can further develop.
You lead a dynamic team of project engineers, modelers, and site managers and ensure smooth collaboration.
You manage the timing, quality, and budget of projects, oversee execution, and control delivery.
You maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensure that all project information is shared clearly and timely within the team.
What do you bring to the table?
At least 5 years of experience in managing technical installations, with a solid background in the field.
Experience in leading team(s) and realizing projects within set frameworks.
You are client-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are continuously seeking process improvements.
You work in a structured manner and know how to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
Professional knowledge of the Dutch language
