As a Sustainability Expert, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing sustainable strategies within our projects. You work closely with our engineering teams to ensure that sustainability is central to all our designs and executions.
Responsibilities:
Develop sustainable concepts and solutions for projects in electricity, HVAC, and stability.
Conduct sustainability evaluations and analyses.
Advise clients and project teams on energy-efficient and environmentally friendly installations and techniques.
Contribute to achieving sustainability objectives and certifications.
Stay informed about the latest developments and innovations in the field of sustainability.
Familiarize yourself with the Hysopt software.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., environmental technology, energy engineering, sustainable development).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of sustainable techniques and technologies within the construction sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with sustainability certifications (such as BREEAM, LEED) is a plus, as well as the willingness to undergo further training to become a BREEAM assessor.
