About the role:
As an HVAC Project Engineer, you are responsible for designing heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations for medium to large projects, with a focus on the healthcare sector, such as nursing and care homes. You work closely with project managers to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
What will you be doing?
Design and planning: You analyze project requirements and develop appropriate HVAC designs using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordination and execution: You guide projects from concept to delivery, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.
Quality management: You ensure that all designs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Innovation: You explore new techniques and integrate sustainable energy technologies into projects.
Customer focus: You build strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
What do you bring to the table?
A bachelor's or master's degree in HVAC or experience in that field
Extensive knowledge of HVAC installations and experience with design tools such as AutoCAD or Revit
Excellent Dutch, knowledge of other languages such as French or English is a plus
You enjoy delivering quality work, have an eye for your client(s), and can think innovatively and solution-oriented
